Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage global affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Identify and onboard international affiliate partners.
- Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics (CPA, CPL, ROI, conversions).
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns.
- Research new global markets and expansion opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with international marketing regulations.
- Negotiate commission structures with affiliates and partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing.
- Knowledge of global affiliate platforms (e.g., Amazon Associates, ClickBank, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale).
- Robust understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics, affiliate dashboards).
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).




- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly revenue generated through affiliate channels.
- Number of active affiliate partners onboarded.
- Conversion rate and customer acquisition cost.
- ROI on affiliate campaigns.
- International market penetration.

Compensation Structure
- 100% Commission-Based Model (High Commission Slabs)

- Experience handling international clients.
- Knowledge of global payment gateways and currency handling.
- Understanding of compliance (GDPR, international ad policies).
- Entrepreneurial mindset and target-oriented personality.

Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
