Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels
- Conduct site assessments and understand customer energy requirements
- Explain technical aspects of rooftop solar systems in simple, client-friendly terms
- Prepare and present customized proposals and financial savings analysis
- Coordinate with design and technical teams for feasibility and costing
- Negotiate contracts and close sales
- Maintain CRM records and follow up on prospects
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in any domain
- 0-3 years of experience in Solar / Renewable Energy / Electrical / B2B or B2C Sales
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude and communication skills are welcome to apply




- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for site visits
- Must have own vehicle.
