Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined Operations Coordinator to support project execution from order confirmation to installation.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and wants to grow in the furniture/interior industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain project trackers (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Follow up with factory & vendors daily
- Coordinate delivery schedules
- Assist in BOQ preparation & documentation
- Track material inward/outward
- Ensure site teams have required drawings & materials
- Assist in billing and payment tracking

Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in operations / coordination
- Robust Excel skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow up consistently
- Basic knowledge of furniture materials preferred

Salary Range

₹15,000 - ₹25,000/month (Based on experience)

Growth Path

Can grow into Operations Manager within 2-3 years based on performance.
