Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales in the Retail & HoReCa segment in Hyderabad.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, restaurants, hotels, and catering clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market visits and competitor analysis.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and coordination with the accounts team.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for smooth order fulfillment.
- Promote company products and introduce new product lines.




- Provide regular sales reports to management.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail and HoReCa sales.
- Experience in FMCG or Food/Seafood industry preferred.
- Strong network in Hyderabad market.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Required Skills:
- Market knowledge of the Hyderabad territory.
- Relationship management skills.
- Basic MS Excel & reporting knowledge.
- Strong follow-up and collection management skills.
