Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during procedures such as:
- Dental fillings
- Root canal treatments
- Scaling & polishing
- Tooth extraction and other general dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments following proper sterilization protocols
- Maintain clinic hygiene and infection control standards
- Prepare patients for dental procedures and ensure their comfort
- Maintain patient records and documentation
- Manage dental materials and inventory
- Follow safety and clinical compliance guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in dental assistance
- Well-versed in chairside assistance and dental procedures
- Knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to handle patients politely and confidently
Preferred Qualification:
- Certification/Diploma in Dental Assisting or Dental Hygiene
- Prior experience in a dental clinic
