Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Store Executive to join our team. The Store Executive will be responsible for managing daily store operations, ensuring efficient stock management, customer service, and maintaining a positive store setting. This role is key in supporting the smooth functioning of the store and providing an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Store Operations:
- Oversee daily store activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Supervise the opening and closing of the store, including securing the premises and cash handling procedures.
- Monitor store performance and implement store policies to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and that all merchandise is well-displayed and accessible.

2. Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and offering suggestions based on their needs.
- Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges in a professional and timely manner.




- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a friendly, approachable, and helpful store environment.

3. Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels, track stock movement, and ensure stock is adequately replenished.
- Assist with inventory counting, stock rotation, and ensuring products are properly stored and labeled.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to manage restocking and order placement.
- Ensure that products are received and checked for quality and accuracy.

4. Sales Support:
- Assist in achieving sales targets and work with the team to maximize store profitability.
- Assist in product merchandising and display to attract customers and highlight promotions.
- Participate in store promotions, sales events, and marketing activities as directed.

5. Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure excellent store operations and customer experience.
