Talent Acquisition & Employee Life Cycle Executive

Talent Acquisition (End-to-End Recruitment)
- Understanding manpower requirements from department heads
- Drafting and posting job descriptions on job portals & LinkedIn
- Screening resumes and conducting HR interviews
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- Salary negotiation and offer letter release
- Pre-joining follow-ups and documentation

Onboarding & Induction
- Managing joining formalities and employee documentation
- Coordinating background verification
- Conducting induction & orientation sessions
- Explaining company policies and HR processes
- Updating employee data in HRMS/payroll system

Employee Life Cycle Management
- Handling probation review process




- Supporting performance appraisal cycle
- Addressing employee grievances
- Planning engagement activities
- Maintaining employee records and compliance

Exit Management
- Managing resignation and notice period formalities
- Conducting exit interviews
- Processing Full & Final settlement
- Issuing relieving & experience letters

Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
