Malathi Silks is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to manage billing operations efficiently while ensuring a smooth and pleasant checkout experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate accurate bills using POS software
- Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment modes
- Ensure proper GST billing compliance
- Maintain daily sales reports and cash reconciliation
- Verify product codes, pricing, and discounts before billing
- Coordinate with sales team for smooth customer flow
- Handle exchanges, returns, and credit notes as per company policy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of billing counter
- Support in stock entry or basic inventory updates if required
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹29,663.33 per month
