Role Summary

A Social Media Executive is responsible for day-to-day management and growth of the company’s social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok. The role focuses on creating engaging content, managing posts, interacting with the online audience, and supporting basic digital marketing activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and schedule creative posts for social media platforms (posts, reels, stories, banners).Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions.Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent activity and coverage.Track performance using analytics (reach, engagement, followers growth) and prepare simple reports.Stay updated on trends and incorporate relevant ideas in content Assist in basic paid promotions or boosts if needed (optional).





Required Skills & Qualifications

2 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts (business pages)
Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn,
Content creation (short caption writing, straightforward graphics tools like Canva)
Good communication and community engagement skills
Ability to prepare basic reports and track performance

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
