- Job Summary:_

We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Shadow Teacher to provide individualized academic and behavioral support to students with special needs in inclusive classroom settings.

The role involves assisting students in participating in classroom activities, improving focus, building independence, and promoting social integration.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Provide one-to-one classroom support to assigned student
- Assist in understanding instructions and completing academic tasks
- Support attention, behavior regulation, and social interaction
- Implement strategies suggested by school teachers or supervisors
- Encourage independence rather than dependency
- Maintain daily observation and progress records




- Communicate regularly with teachers and supervisors
- Ensure student safety at all times
- Eligibility Criteria:_

Preferred:
- Background in Psychology, Special Education, Child Development, or related field
- Experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, Learning Difficulties, or Developmental Delays

Freshers:
Any graduates students may apply
