The Kitchen Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and service areas at Rosa Stays properties. The role ensures proper cleaning of utensils, kitchen equipment, and workstations to support smooth kitchen operations and maintain high hygiene standards in line with boutique hospitality norms.

Key Responsibilities




- Wash and clean kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, and cooking equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, storage areas, and workstations.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and garbage segregation.
- Assist chefs with basic cleaning and support tasks when required.
- Maintain cleanliness of refrigerators, shelves, and storage racks.
- Ensure availability of clean utensils during service hours.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues in kitchen equipment.

Requirements:
- 0-2 years experience in hotel/restaurant kitchen stewarding preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and cleaning practices.
- Physically fit and able to handle kitchen cleaning tasks.
- Hardworking and disciplined.
- Willingness to work adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
