We are looking for a Customer Care Associate to support customers in our retail showroom. The role involves assisting customers, handling queries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom
- Handle customer enquiries politely and professionally
- Coordinate with sales and billing teams
- Resolve basic customer issues and provide support
- Maintain customer service standards at all times
