About the Role
We are looking for a Business Operations Executive to manage B2B client portfolios in the electric mobility and green energy ecosystem. The role involves close coordination with clients, internal teams, and lending partners to ensure smooth credit processing, documentation, disbursement, and performance tracking. This is a fast-paced, cross-functional position suited for someone with strong financial understanding, stakeholder management skills, and an operational mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow B2B client relationships across electric mobility and green energy sectors as primary point of contact for financing, documentation, onboarding, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate client onboarding on lending platforms and support adoption of digital tools, data submission, and reporting processes.
- Review financial statements, support credit assessment, prepare and validate loan documentation, and ensure compliance with lender guidelines.
- Liaise with clients, lending partners, and internal teams to enable document verification, approvals,
and timely fund disbursement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Credit, Finance, HR, IT, OEMs, and IoT partners to ensure seamless operational execution and fleet data validation.
- Track operational performance, identify bottlenecks, drive process improvements, and manage escalations in a rapid-paced environment.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, monitor KPIs, maintain dashboards, and ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related field; MBA/PG in Finance or Operations preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience in business operations, client servicing, lending documentation, NBFC, fintech, EV, or green energy ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, credit processes, and loan documentation workflows.
- Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to lending or digital financing platforms.
