Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
- Identify and acquire potential clients through cold outreach, inbound inquiries ,referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Manage the complete sales life cycle including pitching, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

2.Marketing Campaigns & Outreach
- Collaborate closely with content, design, and digital teams to launch performance-oriented campaigns.
- Lead outreach initiatives for student onboarding, college collaborations, and mentor acquisition.

3.Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and target customer segments.
- Analyze competitor strategies, offerings, and positioning to recommend improvements in messaging and sales
- approach.




- Share on-ground market insights and client feedback to enhance product offerings and marketing strategies.

4.Social Media & Engagement
- Coordinate with the social media team on campaign planning, content ideas, and performance tracking.
- Support community engagement initiatives and gather audience feedback across digital platforms.

5.CRM & Lead Management
- Manage ,track, and update leads, follow-ups, and deal stages within the CRM system.
- Monitor sales pipelines and performance dashboards to ensure accuracy and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain clean, structured, and up-to-date sales data for reporting and analysis.

6.Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with content writers, designers, marketing, and product teams to align sales and marketing initiatives.
- Participate in regular strategy discussions ,review meetings, and performance evaluations with internal stakeholders.

7.Reporting&Documentation;
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on sales targets, campaign perform
