Key Responsibilities_

CRM - Loyalty Program Management
- Manage Influencer Registration process in CRM system.
- Handle Cash Redeem Request processing and approvals.
- Update and track Redeem Request status.
- Manage Sub Dealer Registration and database updates.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely system updates.

SFA - Backend & Sales Operations Support
- Create and delete customers (Dealer, Sub Dealer, Influencer) in SFA system.
- Manage attendance records and user activity monitoring.
- Handle User Creation and Deletion (Sales team & backend users).
- Upload and manage Holiday List and Branch Creation.
- Track user location and monitor field movement.
- Verify and review data uploaded by users (Enquiry, Scouting reports).
- Upload and manage Designation & Role Master.
- Maintain Leave Master records.
- Manage bulk contact uploads in WATI (Bulk WhatsApp Messaging Platform).

Key Skills Required




- Strong knowledge of CRM and SFA systems.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation).
- Robust data management and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple backend operations efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / IT or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in CRM, MIS, or Sales Operations role.
- Experience working with loyalty programs and field-force tracking systems preferred.

Base Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
