We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Human Resources team. The incumbent will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support the company’s strategic growth objectives.

Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the acquisition of high-quality talent across various verticals. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, strategic sourcing capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition




- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from requisition approval to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define job specifications.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial interview rounds.
- Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).

2. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners to align hiring strategies with business goals.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and pipeline reports to stakeholders.

3. Employer Branding
- Support employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Participate in campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry events.
- Promote company culture and values across recruitment platforms.

4. Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and dashboards.
