We are looking for a motivated Non-IT Recruiter for bulk and frontline hiring.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment
- Manage bulk hiring requirements
- Conduct telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interviews & follow-ups
- Support the offer rollout and joining process
Requirements:
- Solid communication & convincing skills
- Comfortable with bulk calling and target-based hiring
- Basic knowledge of job portals
- 0-1 year experience (Minimum 3 months in telesales or recruitment preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
