Responsibilities:
1. Process Implementation & Monitoring:
- Assist in updating and documenting internal processes to maintain consistency and efficiency.
- Monitor compliance with brand-level policies and take corrective action when deviations arise.
2. Coordination Across Teams:
- Act as a bridge between head office functions (operations, marketing, training, franchise support) and café outlets to coordinate information flow.
- Follow up with store teams, support teams, and management for timely completion of tasks and process updates.
- Communicate process changes, updates, and internal news to relevant franchise onwers.
3. Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to workflows, follow-ups, action items, and process status.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational progress reports for leadership and internal teams.
- Help organise internal documentation such as manuals, checklists, performance trackers, and compliance logs.
4. Process Improvement Support:
- Identify areas where internal processes can be improved (e.g., communication gaps, workflow ineff
