Major Responsibilities:
- Keyword research and SEO strategy: nationwide (franchise acquisition) + local (for outlet locations)
- On-page optimisation of website pages (brand site + potentially outlet pages)
- Content creation/management:



blogs, landing-pages, franchise testimonial stories, menu pages etc.
- Technical SEO: site speed, mobile - friendly, schema markup (especially for local business / franchise offerings)
- Local SEO / Google My Business (for each outlet/franchise location)
- Link-building and outreach: partner websites, franchise directories, F&B; & tea-blog publications
- Tracking & reporting: organic traffic, rankings, conversion (franchise lead form submissions + outlet foot-traffic as proxy)
- Collaboration with franchise business development, marketing & operations: for franchisee stories, outlet launches, local promotions.

Skills & Experience Required:
- 1-2 years SEO experience; ideally with F&B;/Franchise brands
- Strong understanding of local SEO and franchise/geographic expansion models
- Good analytics skills (Google Analytics, Search Console, maybe GA4)
- Experience in content marketing and building
