Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Bajaj Finserv financial products (EMI cards, personal loans, consumer durable loans, etc.)
- Generate leads from walk-in customers and retailer references
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick loan processing
- Maintain daily sales reports and follow company compliance guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
- Age: 18-30 years (Flexible based on experience)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
Required Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
