Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective and existing students regarding courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
- Handle outbound and inbound calls to follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication with students.




- Assist in coordinating and supporting training sessions and workshops.
- Prepare presentations and assist in conducting orientations for new students.
- Maintain student records, databases, and documentation accurately.
- Provide administrative and back-office support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good Knowledge

Required Qualification

1. Fresher with good Communication skills

2. Bachelor's / Master's degree PREFERRED, Last year students are also eligible to apply

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G- Suite (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)

4. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
