We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Executive who knows how to win projects—not just send proposals or just generating the leads
Experience: 4-6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging in online bidding and communication with clients
- Utilizing knowledge of sales and online platforms to generate business
- Using soft and writing skills to effectively communicate with clients
- Bid on Upwork projects daily
- Write clear, customized proposals
- Identify genuine leads and client requirements
- Coordinate with the internal team for estimates & scope
- Maintain client communication until project closure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder
- Strong written English
- Understanding of DevOps Bidding
- Result-oriented mindset
- Rotation shift
- Remote work
- Met Monthly targets

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
