Customer Relationship Executive:
- Location: N-YAM, Yamuna Nagar

- Generate new customer leads through Direct Marketing and Other related activities.
- Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the geography assigned
- Follow up on current leads and referrals to generate business
- Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her, for Direct Unsecured-Self Employed business.
- Follow the various internal guidelines and procedures of the firm
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement
- Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service
- Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups made

Qualification - Open

Preferred Graduate - as they will have higher chance to move to on-roll basis performance

Experienced - Direct sales experienced is must

Salary bracket / ranges
- INR 18,000 - less than 6 months exp in direct sales

INR 20,000 - less than 1 year in direct sales exp

INR 22,000 - more than 1 year in direct sales exp
- Minimum Experience Level

0 - 4 years
