Key Responsibilities 1. Site Supervision & Execution
- Supervise modular kitchen installation at project sites.
- Coordinate with installation team for smooth workflow.
- Ensure installation is completed as per approved design and timeline.
- Monitor quality and finishing standards.

2. Material Coordination & Dispatch Control
- Check material before dispatch from warehouse.
- Verify cutting lists and ensure correct materials are sent.
- Coordinate with logistics for timely material delivery.
- Maintain proper dispatch records.

3. Team Assistance & Coordination
- Assist installation team with on-site planning.
- Guide workers regarding layout, alignment, and finishing.
- Act as bridge between production unit and site team.
- Resolve minor in office execution issues.

4. Inventory & Data Management
- Maintain daily site reports.
- Record material usage and shortages.
- Track pending work and completion status.
- Update management with daily progress updates.
- Maintain documentation of site photos and reports.

5. Quality & Safety Compliance




- Ensure proper installation standards are followed.
- Maintain safety discipline at site.
- Ensure tools and materials are handled properly.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in modular kitchen installation / interior site supervision.
- Basic understanding of measurements, cutting, and material handling.
- Ability to read basic design drawings.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or reporting tools.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple sites if required.
- 1-4 years of experience in interior/kitchen/site supervision.
- Diploma / ITI / Relevant field experience preferred.
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-focused.
- Willing to travel to client sites.
