Graphic Designer - Restaurant & F&B; Brands

Location: Mumbai (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Industry: Restaurant / Hospitality / F&B;

Experience: 2-3 years (F&B; / restaurant experience preferred)

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Role Overview

This role requires someone who can translate food, ambience, and brand identity into visually compelling designs while maintaining consistency across multiple restaurant brands and locations.

Key Responsibilities

Branding & Design
- Design and develop logos and brand identity elements for restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, and bars
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline platforms
- Create branding collaterals aligned with each outlet’s concept and cuisine

Restaurant Marketing Collaterals
- Design restaurant menus (dine-in, takeaway, bar, digital & QR menus)
- Create flyers, posters, standees, table-tents, danglers, and in-store creatives
- Design festival campaigns, seasonal promotions, offers, and launch creatives
- Support current outlet openings with complete design kits





Social Media & Digital Creatives
- Design engaging social media posts, reels creatives, story layouts, and ad banners
- Work closely with the social media and marketing team to execute campaigns
- Stay updated with social media trends, food visuals, and digital formats
- Create creatives for Instagram, Facebook, Google ads, and other digital platforms

Food Editing & Visual Enhancement
- Perform food photo editing and retouching (color correction, enhancement, cleanup)
- Ensure food images look appetizing, premium, and brand-appropriate
- Work on basic food styling visuals in coordination with photographers when required

Packaging & Print Design
- Design packaging creatives including:
- Food boxes
- Labels
- Stickers
- Sleeves and wraps
- Ensure proper print formats, bleed, resolution, and color accuracy
- Coordinate with printers and vendors when required
