Aura Key Realty is a fast-growing real estate support team working with top real estate professionals in Ontario, Canada. We are expanding our remote support team and hiring an experienced Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to support lead qualification and appointment setting for the Canadian market.
This is a remote administrative role focused on back-office support, coordination, and client follow-ups. No real estate license is required.
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Outreach
- Respond to inbound real estate inquiries promptly
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls to new and existing leads
- Qualify prospects based on defined criteria
- Schedule appointments for agents and confirm attendance
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain detailed notes and update lead status in CRM
- Track follow-up tasks and ensure no missed opportunities
- Provide daily activity and performance reports
Client Communication
- Maintain a consistent and courteous tone aligned with company standards
- Handle basic objections and nurture long-term prospects
- Provide skilled customer support and handle inquiries politely
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Qualification, or Telecalling (international process preferred)
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, kvCORE, Chime, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Neutral or North American-friendly communication style
- Comfortable working with outbound calling targets
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and personal workspace
- Professional attitude and confidentiality awareness
- Fluency in English (mandatory) and Hindi (preferred).
