Job Overview:
Medprime Technologies is looking for a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Installation, servicing, calibration, and maintenance of medical equipment
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting
- Ensure equipment performance meets quality and regulatory standards
- Maintain service reports and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Complete tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Fitter, or Turner (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year or completed apprenticeship in a relevant field
- Good English communication skills to engage with clients from South India
- Mandatory residence in Hyderabad or Secunderabad:
- Willingness to travel across the South India region:




- Hands-on technical expertise in field service operations
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
