_Job Title: Client Relationship Executive (CRE) - Telecaller_

Star Media Network and Star Kids Casting are India’s fastest-growing platforms for aspiring models, actors, and influencers. We specialize in photoshoots, talent promotion, and casting opportunities for films, ads, and digital media. Our mission is to connect dreams with the right opportunities — and we’re looking for passionate communicators to join our vibrant team Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients who have enquired through our websites or social platforms.
- Explain company services such as portfolio shoots, auditions, and casting opportunities.
- Schedule appointments for photoshoots, auditions, and client visits.
- Follow up with clients post-visit to ensure satisfaction and offer upsell opportunities (premium packages, promotions, etc.).
- Maintain and update client data in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales and production team to ensure smooth coordination and excellent client experience.



What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi/Regional Language.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
- Prior experience in telecalling / inside sales / customer service preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, WhatsApp, etc.).
- A passion for the media, fashion, or entertainment industry is a big plus Perks & Benefits
