Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career options
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and follow-ups
- Convert inquiries into admissions
- Maintain student database and update CRM regularly
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- Experience:
- Fresher can apply
- 0-3 years of experience in academic counseling / education sales preferred

Salary Structure




- Freshers: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month
- Performance incentives may be provided (if applicable)

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
- Target-oriented mindset
- Positive attitude and team player
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
