Planning, Research work and Ideating on Theme Events - Designing Presentations, making Cost Lists. - Confirm orders from clients and Making Packing lists, Procuring Lists. -Ensuring Procurement is done within Given Budgets and Overlooking the process of Sourcing for all Props and materials for theme parties - Planning Research and Sourcing Visits with Team members for competetive vendors and prices - Refreshing Vendor Lists with new and trending vendors in the market. - Mainting all Incoming and Outgoing Company Expenses on Excel Sheet. -Client Servicing from beginning to end - Pitching Event, Execution, Closing event and taking Full Feedback from Customer - Regular Weekly Creative for Whatsapp Messages to regular clients, Keeping Client lists updated along with birthday Calendars, Collating all event pics, organising and storing them in respective Folders. Keeping folders organised. - Planning, coordinations of team, Timely Execution of Events along with Coordination with Vendors, Venues, Caterers, Games activities, Decor Team.



- Daily Work Report entailing checklist for work to be done in the day. - Examining Monthly Reports and exceeding revenue goals by 25% Monthly. - Strategising marketing plans to strengthen Brand Identity and generating Business. Following up with previous clients. - Coordinating between Social Media Marketing Team, Graphics team and ensuring smooth communication systems, Content, Event Details/Photos/Videos are being utilised to its best
- Ensuring Post-event Feedback, communications, reporting & analysis. - Analysing feedback and report data to measure whether the event goal was achieved by team. Which current methods to be adopted. Suggestions to drive the company towards Rapid increase in Events. - Planning, Coordination, Communication & Logistics of Full team on event days. Being a Team Player & working towards the Success of the Company
