1. End-to-End Certification Management
- Handle complete certification process for ULink.
- Manage, implement, and renew certifications:
- BRC
- FSSC 22000
- HACCP
- APEDA
- FSSAI
- NPPO Approval
- US FDA
- Global GAP
- GRASP
- Sedex
- Lead upcoming certifications: Rainforest Alliance & Fair Trade.
- Coordinate with certification bodies and external auditors.
- Ensure compliance, documentation, audit readiness, and corrective actions.

2. Lead Auditor Requirement




- Minimum 5 years of experience as Lead Auditor.
- Experience with reputed certification bodies such as:
- TÜV Nord
- TÜV SÜD
- DNV
- Food Chain ID
- SGS
- Eurofins
- Mandatory certification as Lead Auditor in:
- BRC
- FSSC 22000

3. Technical Reviewer Role
- Review certification documentation and system implementation.
- Conduct internal audits and gap assessments.
- Ensure effective CAPA implementation.
- Maintain compliance with international food safety standards.

4. Training & Food Safety Development
- Conduct food safety training programs for managers and staff on:
- GMP, GHP
- HACCP, CCP
- PRP, oPRP
- VACCP, TACCP
- Food Safety & Food Security
- FOSTAC
- FSSAI regulations
- Prepare training modules and maintain training records.

5. Research & Development (R&D;)
- Conduct R&D; on fruits and packaging materials.
- Focus on:
- Quality enhancement
- Shelf-life improvement
- Cost optimization
- Continuous improvement
- Prepare
