Key Responsibilities
- Develop 2D floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Create intricate interior and architectural detail drawings.
- Produce high-fidelity 3D models and renderings for client presentations.
- Assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Provide on-site supervision to ensure designs are executed accurately.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:
- B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) from a recognized institution.

Software Proficiency:
- Drafting: Expert in AutoCAD.
- 3D Modeling: Proficient in SketchUp or 3ds MAX.
- Rendering: Hands-on experience with Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, D5 Render, or Corona.
- Presentation: Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for post-production and presentations.

Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of architectural detailing and construction techniques.
- Ability to manage 3D workflows and rendering engines.
- Knowledge of BOQ and site supervision is a significant advantage.

Experience
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar architectural or interior design role.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
