Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Generate quality leads and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS).
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, copies, landing pages, and targeting.
- Monitor daily ad performance and manage budgets effectively.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with insights.
- Coordinate with content/design team for ad creatives and landing pages.

- Set up conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Strong expertise in:
- Google Ads Manager
- Meta Ads Manager
- Knowledge of:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Conversion tracking & pixel setup
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns (preferably healthcare/education/corporate sector).
- Basic understanding of SEO is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
