Dhwani Astro is hiring a Customer Support Representative to manage customer interactions for our e-commerce operations. The role involves handling customer queries, managing escalations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with orders, payments, delivery status, returns, and refunds
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally
- Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for issue resolution
- Support and guide junior support team members
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure timely responses and high customer satisfaction
- Monitor follow-ups and provide regular updates to management

Requirements:




- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support (e-commerce preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle escalations and difficult situations
- Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge
- Team coordination or handling experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
