Role Overview:




We are looking for a hands-on UI/UX Designer with strong visual maturity and Gen-AI-enabled design skills, capable of simplifying complex enterprise workflows into intuitive, scalable user experiences.

This role demands deep customer empathy, the ability to interpret real usage patterns, and the skill to convert complex requirements into clear, outcome-driven UI designs.

This is not a junior role and not a people-management role.

Key Responsibilities

1. UI/UX Design (Core Responsibility)
- Design intuitive, consistent, and scalable UI/UX for complex B2B SaaS workflows:
- Create wireframes, user journeys, interaction flows, and high-fidelity designs:
- Simplify dense, data-heavy enterprise screens without losing functional depth:
- Ensure usability, clarity, and consistency across multiple modules:
2. Customer-Centric Design Thinking (mandatory)
- Understand actual customer usage scenarios, pain points, and decision flows:
- Translate customer workflows and business logic into
