Max. CTC Rs. 2 Lakhs / 24 LPA

Reports to: Top Management

Experience: 8–15 years

CTC : 10 to 18 LPA

Preferred Industry: RO / Water Treatment / Pumps / Motors / Plastic Components / Chemical

Qualification: BE / B. Tech – Mechanical / Plastic Engineering

Location: Chandiyel, Kathlal–Indore Highway, Amba Hotel, Ahmedabad – 382433

Key Responsibilities

 Lead and manage the complete Purchase & Procurement function.

 Develop effective procurement strategies for cost, quality, and timely delivery.

 Manage sourcing of raw materials, plastic, electrical, mechanical, packaging, and production

components.

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

 Negotiate prices, payment terms, quality, and delivery schedules.

 Ensure timely availability of materials for uninterrupted production.

 Identify alternate suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.

 Monitor supplier performance, material quality, delivery, and commercial terms.

 Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Stores, R&D;,



and Finance.

 Drive cost reduction, strategic sourcing, and vendor development initiatives.

 Monitor market trends and raw material prices.

 Lead the Purchase team and prepare MIS and procurement reports for Management.

Key Skills

 Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

 Good knowledge of RO / Water Treatment components and manufacturing materials.

 Understanding of plastic, mechanical, electrical, pumps, motors, and engineering components.

 Strong skills in strategic sourcing and cost reduction.

 Good analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities.

 Proficiency in ERP and MS Excel.

 Solid leadership and team-management skills.

 Good commercial and market understanding.

Preferred Candidate Profile

 8–15 years of relevant experience in Purchase / Procurement, preferably from the RO,

Water Treatment, Pumps, Motors, Plastic, or Consumer Durables industry.


