Job Description

We are looking for a UX & UI designer. a critical role in crafting user experiences that are intuitive, productive, and engaging across various digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to understand user needs and translate them into design solutions that align with business goals. Your focus will be on creating seamless interactions, intuitive navigation, and visually appealing designs that enhance the overall user experience.

Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Analyze user feedback, website analytics, and usability testing results to identify areas for improvement.
- Create wireframes, user flows,



and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing results to refine the user experience.
- Building brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all the digital platforms
- Design visually appealing interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance user engagement.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and design assets for web development teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to understand project requirements and constraints.
- Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders.
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on design prototypes.
- Analyze usability testing results and iterate on designs to improve user experience.
