Market & Customer Development
- Develop a strong understanding of target industrial coating segments (e.G., infrastructure, energy, electrical, general industrial, mobility-related applications, etc.), including market size, growth drivers, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Engage closely with key customers, OEMs, and ecosystem partners to understand application requirements, specifications, and decision-making processes.
- Drive Voice of Customer (VoC) insights to inform product positioning, value propositions, and innovation priorities.

- Identify and develop current business opportunities, including new accounts, new applications, and adjacent segments within industrial coatings.
