Role :

We are looking for a Senior Engagement Manager to lead PLM and Digital Engineering transformation initiatives for a leading industrial manufacturing enterprise. This is a high-visibility delivery leadership role at the intersection of engineering processes, product data, enterprise systems, and AI-driven digital capabilities.

The right candidate will bring solid Siemens Teamcenter experience alongside the consultative ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide adoption. This is not a Teamcenter support or administration role — we need a transformation leader who can connect Engineering, R&D;, Manufacturing, and future AI initiatives into a coherent program.





The role reports directly to the Key Account Manager / Managing Partner and serves as the primary on-site interface with client leadership.

?Experience:
- Consider only candidates with 8–12 years of experience in PLM, Digital Engineering, or Engineering Transformation programs.
- Strong hands-on exposure to Siemens Teamcenter — implementation, rollout, migration, or transformation
- Deep understanding of PDLC, BOM management, and Engineering Change Management
- Experience with manufacturing, automotive, industrial engineering, or R&D-intensive; organisations
- Track record managing cross-functional delivery programs in client-facing consulting environments
