Role Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Manager in our Consulting Department to work across a diverse portfolio of advisory and consulting assignments. The role requires strong financial understanding, structured problem-solving and the ability to independently manage defined workstreams while working closely with clients and senior team members.

Core Areas of Work
- Transaction Advisory & Corporate Finance: Financial due diligence, M&A; support, transaction evaluation and corporate restructuring assignments.
- Valuation & Financial Modelling: Business valuations, transaction valuations, financial modelling and related advisory assignments.
- Business & Management Consulting: Automated MIS reporting, KPI frameworks and business performance reviews.
- Process Improvement & Automation: Process reviews, SOP development, workflow improvement, reporting automation and technology-enabled solutions.
- Regulatory & Cross-Border Advisory: FEMA, overseas investments, cross-border transactions and related advisory support.
- People & Performance Advisory: ESOP advisory,



performance management frameworks and related organisation-focused assignments.
- Strategic & Specialised Advisory: Business structuring, India entry strategy, family office and other management-led advisory engagements.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand client businesses, requirements and engagement objectives.
- Independently manage assigned workstreams and coordinate with client teams.
- Analyse financial, operational and business information.
- Conduct research, benchmarking and financial analysis.
- Identify key issues and develop practical recommendations.
- Prepare skilled reports, presentations and financial models.
- Participate in client meetings and present findings.
- Review work performed by team members and provide guidance.
- Support preparation of proposals and other practice development initiatives.

Candidate Profile

Preferred Qualification: Chartered Accountant
