About the Role:

This role is critical in driving product strategy, improving customer experience, managing cross-functional initiatives, and supporting business growth through data-driven decision-making.
You will work closely with leadership, product, technology, operations, risk, and marketing teams to shape the future of gold loan offerings and optimize the overall customer journey.
