We're looking for an experienced U.S. Corporate Tax professional with strong expertise in Form 1120 – C/S Corporation Taxation to join our team in Bangalore.
Location: Bangalore
Work Model: Hybrid
Experience: 14+ Years in U.S. Taxation
Notice Period: Candidates currently serving 1–2 months' notice preferred.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting or a related field
- EA Certification – Mandatory
- Valid PTIN – Mandatory
- Valid Passport – Mandatory
- CPA (US) or CA (ICAI) preferred
- 14+ years of experience in U.S. Taxation
- Must have Manager experience at least for 4 Years
- Strong expertise in Corporate Tax – Form 1120 (C/S Corporations)
- Solid understanding of U.S. Corporate Taxation and compliance
- Previous experience in public accounting/professional services preferred
- 4+ years of experience leading, mentoring & developing team members
- Experience supporting large, multi-state & internationally active middle-market clients preferred
- Strong business development & client relationship management skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational & problem-solving abilities
- Strong verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple engagements, priorities & deadlines
- Flexibility to travel as needed for client and business requirements
