About Fireflies

Fireflies is a Dubai-based creative agency working across social media, content, creator campaigns and brand experiences across the Middle East.

We work with leading brands across fashion, beauty, retail, hospitality, lifestyle and entertainment.

As we grow, we're building a dedicated business development team and are looking for a Sales Development Executive based in India to support our Dubai team in identifying, researching and developing new business opportunities.

The role

Find the right companies. Find the right people. Start the right conversations. Help turn those conversations into qualified opportunities for our Dubai team.

This is primarily an outbound business development role. We care about quality of opportunities, not just volume of messages sent.

You will not be expected to independently close major agency contracts. Your focus is creating a strong, consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.

What you'll do

Prospecting & research
- Research potential clients across the UAE and GCC
- Identify companies that fit Fireflies' target sectors




- Find relevant decision-makers including Marketing Directors, CMOs, Brand Managers and Digital Marketing Managers
- Research each company before outreach so communication feels relevant rather than generic
- Track agency changes, current launches, campaigns, openings and other potential sales opportunities

Outbound sales
- Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email and other appropriate channels
- Write short, personalised outreach rather than mass generic messages
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Re-engage old leads and previous enquiries
- Book qualified introductory meetings for the Dubai business development team
- Help develop different outreach approaches for different industries and services

CRM & pipeline management
- Maintain accurate lead and contact information
- Keep the CRM completely up to date
- Track every conversation, follow-up and next action
