Role Overview

We are looking for a client-focused and commercially driven professional who can build brand and

agency partnerships, generate new business and manage ongoing client relationships.

The role combines business development, brand partnerships, client servicing and account growth

within the influencer marketing and digital advertising ecosystem.





Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brands and agencies.
- Understand campaign requirements, timelines, budgets and expected outcomes.
- Translate client requirements into explicit briefs for the execution team.
- Coordinate with internal influencer team, creative, media, finance and reporting teams.
- Provide regular campaign updates and maintain transparent client communication.
- Manage client expectations relating to creators, timelines, content and campaign performance.
- Conduct review calls and present campaign reports and recommendations.
- Build long-term client relationships and improve retention.
- Ensure smooth campaign closure, documentation and client feedback.

Candidate Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, brand partnerships, client servicing, account
- management or influencer marketing.
- Experience in an influencer marketing agenc
