2. POSITION SUMMARY & OBJECTIVE
The HR Executive will serve as the operational cornerstone for human resources management at the Hajipur manufacturing plant and corporate office.



The role demands an agile, hands-on HR generalist capable of driving shop-floor and technical talent recruitment, administering multi-shift attendance and payroll inputs, maintaining flawless statutory labor compliance, organizing audit-ready WHO-GMP personnel training logs, and fostering constructive industrial relations across a 75+ robust workforce.

3. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Talent Acquisition & Manpower Allocation
· Plant Manpower Planning: Partner with Plant Managers and Department Heads to assess shift-wise manpower requisitions (MRFs) and fill staffing voids promptly.
· End-to-End Recruitment: Lead hiring cycles for machine operators, visual inspection workers, QA/QC chemists, microbiologists, storekeepers, and administrative personnel.
· Sourcing & Screening: Utilize online recruitment portals, local employment exchanges, technical polytechnics/ITI networks, and internal referrals for
