About the Role
​We are looking for a high-ownership, detail-oriented HR Generalist / Operations Lead to drive and manage our complete employee lifecycle. In this role, you won't just perform HR tasks—you will own the entire HR function end-to-end.
​From finding top talent and delivering a seamless onboarding experience to managing statutory compliance, payroll, and building a thriving work culture, you will be the backbone of our people operations. ​Key Responsibilities
​1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
​Drive end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollouts).
​Coordinate smooth candidate experiences and manage onboarding workflows.
​Handle initial training setups and orientation for new hires to ensure a strong day-one experience.
​2. Core HR Operations & Lifecycle Management




​Maintain accurate employee data, documents, and HRMS records.
​Manage company asset allocation, tracking, and recovery (laptops, peripherals, ID cards, etc.).
​Facilitate performance management systems (PMS), appraisals, feedback cycles, and PIPs.
​Manage seamless offboarding processes, including exit interviews, clearances, and full-and-final (FnF) settlements.
​3. Payroll & Statutory Compliance
​Oversee end-to-end monthly payroll processing and attendance/leave tracking.
​Manage statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax, and labor law regulations.
​Address payroll queries promptly and maintain audit-ready HR documentation.
​4. Employee Engagement & Culture
​Design and execute engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
​Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, maintaining a healthy, positive, and inclusive workplace environment.
