Role Description The Ad Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end campaign setup, trafficking, tracking, and optimization across mobile and digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include configuring pixels and tags, monitoring delivery and pacing, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring accurate reporting and attribution.



The Ad Operations Manager will collaborate closely with client success, media planning, data, and product teams to translate campaign objectives into executable ad operations workflows and performance strategies. The role also involves maintaining platform hygiene, implementing best practices, and contributing to process improvements and documentation.

Qualifications
Experience with ad operations tools and platforms (e.g., ad servers, MMPs, DSPs, analytics platforms) and a robust understanding of campaign trafficking and tracking.
Knowledge of digital advertising fundamentals, including mobile performance marketing, programmatic buying, audience targeting, attribution models, and optimization techniques.
Technical skills such as working with tags and pixels, troubleshooting tracking issues, and basic familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, or SQL are beneficial.
