About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in B2B business development, corporate sales, client acquisition, or project-based sales.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building robust client relationships, generating qualified leads, and converting opportunities into projects across retail, commercial, airport, experiential, interior fit-out, and design & build sectors.





Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities across relevant B2B and corporate segments.
Prospect, pitch, and acquire new clients for Design & Build, Retail Fit-outs, Interior, OOH/DOOH, signage, and related projects.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified corporate and commercial leads.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate decision-makers, architects, consultants, agencies, developers, and project stakeholders.
Understand client requirements, project scope, timelines, and commercial expectations.
Coordinate with internal design, engineering, estimation, and execution teams to develop proposals and pitches.
Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, quotations, and commercial pitches.
Negotiate commercial terms and support the sales process through to successful closure.
