Role Description The Content Strategist role at LADR Media LLP is a full-time, on-site position based in Ernakulam. In this role, the individual will develop and manage content strategies aligned with client business goals, target audiences, and marketing objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning editorial calendars, briefing and collaborating with writers and designers, reviewing and optimizing web and campaign content, and ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.



The Content Strategist will analyze performance metrics to refine content initiatives, coordinate with account and performance marketing teams, and contribute to pitch decks and client presentations. The role involves balancing strategic planning with hands-on content development to deliver high-impact B2B marketing outcomes.
Qualifications
Ability to design and execute effective Content Strategy and Content Development initiatives tailored to B2B audiences.
Proficiency in Content Management systems and workflows, including organizing, publishing, and maintaining digital assets.
Strong skills in Web Content Writing and Writing for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
Experience working in or with marketing agencies, preferably in B2B or performance marketing environments.
Ability to interpret analytics and campaign data to improve content effectiveness and user engagement.
