Job Summary
Theory9 Premium Service Apartments is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales - Manager / Assistant Manager to support and drive sales across our premium serviced apartment portfolio in Mumbai. The role involves handling corporate accounts, travel partners, and long-stay clients, while supporting the Sales Department in achieving revenue targets and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
• Identify and acquire current corporate, relocation, travel trade, and long-stay business opportunities
• Manage and grow existing corporate accounts to ensure repeat business
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, property show-rounds, and presentations
• Prepare proposals, negotiate rates, finalize contracts, and ensure timely follow-ups
• Coordinate closely with operations, reservations, and finance teams to ensure seamless booking execution
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM data




• Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and strategic partnerships

Candidate Requirements
➢ Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
➢ 2–4 years of experience in hospitality sales (hotels, serviced apartments, or similar segments preferred) ➢ Proven experience in corporate sales and account management
➢ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
➢ Good knowledge of the Mumbai corporate and travel market
➢ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
➢ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused

Preferred Skills
• Experience in serviced apartments, hotels or long-stay accommodation sales
• Established network with corporates, relocation companies, and travel agents
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
